I have spent nearly a decade helping San Diego clients buy and sell homes. My focus is helping people make sound decisions, protect their equity, and reach the goals behind the move, whether that is more space, a lower payment, or a stronger portfolio.

I also manage four rental properties here in San Diego, including short-term rentals. Running them day to day changes how I look at property. I pay close attention to cash flow, opportunity cost, condition, financing, and resale, not only whether a deal can get done.

The work I enjoy most involves sellers, investors, move-up buyers, and families handling an inherited home. Those situations usually have more than one reasonable path, and my job is to lay each one out clearly so you can choose with confidence.

Outside of work you will usually find me outdoors, on the mats at jiu-jitsu, rock climbing, or traveling with my wife, Fernanda. Our dog, Pebbles, comes along whenever possible.
